Project Description
The historic home originally on this site was lost to a fire but the homeowners wanted their new home to keep as many period elements as possible in the new design.
The new one-and-a-half-story craftsman home, roughly 4,000 square feet, was reconstructed from the ground up and features previous-period features including built-in bookcases and a wrap-around stone and wood porch. A main-floor master bedroom and bath were key first-floor elements, along with an open kitchen/dining room, mud/laundry room, living room, and half bath. The second story accommodates three additional bedrooms and a full hall bath. The project was finalized with a three-car garage and a loft space above.
