Project Description
The University of Central Oklahoma outgrew their current water chilling capacity and needed to construct a new facility to house additional boilers and water cooling equipment. A3G worked with several engineers to create a design that complemented the existing historic chiller plant on campus while fitting with the University’s current modern standards and building designs.
Because the floor plan was largely driven by the required equipment, much of the design focused on the exterior detailing. A3G was able to fit the interior with a small bathroom, lab, and control room along with a mezzanine for extra storage.
